Who is FSSE?
FSSE was formed to connect future social science educators from the majors of History, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, James Madison, and IDS: Social Science Education

What is the goal of FSSE?
The goal is to become a resource for all social science majors. To this end, we host professional development meetings and speakers to prepare for the future. We also plan social events, coming together as a group to help with college now and create permanent disciplinary networks.

FSSE Mission:
To improve Social Science education for the good of current and future educators and students in local, national, and international contexts.
FSSE Objectives:
-Exchanging ideas and experiences among Social Science Education students to meet the needs of current and future teachers, as well as the needs of middle or high school students.
-Addressing the needs of Social Science Education at a local, national, and international contexts.
-Having a lasting impact for all MSU Social Science students and the teaching of Social Science Education
-Participate and organize activties for Education students' professional development and personal enrichment.
